Obituary of Doris B. Krieger

Krieger Doris B. "Dorie" (Boyer) Age 86, of Bridgeville, peacefully on June 15, 2013, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Frank Krieger Jr., loving mother of Trudy (Woody) Jarvis, Debbie Krieger and Frank Krieger III, grandmother of Lindsay (Rick) Wessell and Keith Jarvis, sister of Onie (John) Klemencic, also many nieces and nephews. A lifetime member of Bridgeville United Methodist Church and a former Girl Scout troop leader. She and her husband Frank were instrumental in founding the Chartiers Valley Band Boosters organization. Dorie and her sister Onie, helped their father Walter Boyer run the Bridgeville Tax Collector"s Office. She worked as an executive secretary at American Cyanamid and later was employed as an assistant secretary for Bridgeville Boro. Friends received Wednesday, 1-4 & 7-9 PM, in the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333), where a funeral service will be held Thursday at 11 AM.
