Obituary of William E. Simpson

He was born on June 29, 1929, in Houston, PA. A son of William and Helen McCarl Simpson. Age 83, of Bridgeville, on May 29, 2013. Beloved husband of Elaine "Tootsie" (Morris) Simpson, loving father of Bruce G. (Lisa) Simpson, Scott W. (Nancy) Simpson and Rebecca (Rick) Condo, grandfather of Kelly (Brian) Fritz, Sara, Juliana and Melissa Simpson, Alaina Condo, Allison Simpson, Natalie and Nicholas Condo and Scott Simpson Jr., brother of Barbara Snarey and the late Norman Simpson, also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Simpson was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Bethel Park. A veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Navy and a member of the Bridgeville American Legion, Post #54, for 57 years. He was an avid bowler and golfer and was a social member of the Muse Independent Club. Friends received Sunday, 12 Noon-4 PM and 7-9 PM, in the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333), where a service will be held Monday at 11 AM.
