Palmer William (Bill) "Whistle" Age 71, of South Fayette Twp., went home to be with the Lord on December 16, 2012. A veteran of the U.S Army and a member of Crossroads Church, Bridgeville. He was a Montour Trail enthusiast and volunteer. Bill enjoyed playing softball and being with his family and friends. He was the founder of the Rockwell Tea Party Club and was an amateur children"s party entertainer extraordinaire in Savannah, GA. Beloved husband of his devoted wife Carolyn (Carlisle) Palmer, loving father of Terri (Jason) Rockwell, adored grandfather of Alexis Lynn and Ryan Palmer Rockwell, loving brother of Livinia (Roy) Bente, Shelby (Bill) Labutis and the late David, Harold and Robert Palmer. No more tears, no more pain.
