Obituary of Charles F Palmer

Age 88, of Bridgeville, on September 12, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Gloria (Caruso) Palmer, loving father of Gary (Ginger) Palmer and the late Charles Palmer, Jr. and his wife Cheryl, who survives, grandfather of Amanda (Andy) Kutschbach, Dana (Michael) McCue, Charles Palmer III and John Palmer, great-grandfather of Riley, Ella and Emerson Kutschbach. Deceased are 3 brothers and 3 sisters. A graduate of South Fayette H.S. and a veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Army 63rd Infantry Division known as "Blood and Fire". Friends received Sunday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM in the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, 10 AM, in Holy Child Parish. Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
