Dale, you already know how saddened Malcolm and I are. Carol was like a sister to me, and I will miss her forever. We shared so many thoughts, laughter and tears, books, secrets, and good times through the years. And you made her so happy and took such good care of her. We''re grateful for the many great times we had with you both. Please let us get together when you are ready. We are sorry for your loss. You are family, and we love you.
