Obituary of Anton Joseph Kotar

Kotar Anton Joseph Age 75, of South Fayette Twp., on November 3, 2014. He was born on November 4, 1938, in Muse. A son of the late Anton and Rachel Marlett Kotar. On March 12, 1960, he married Rose Ann (McGraw) Kotar, who survives. Loving father of Kimberly (Robert) Bonnaure, Anton (Ashlea) Kotar, James (Nancy) Kotar, Christopher (Karen) Kotar, Peter (Brenda) Kotar, Courtney (John) Mowod, Matthew Kotar, Bridget (Frank) Amato, Hilary (Craig) Kozel and Kevin (Lauren) Kotar; adored grandfather of Aaron, Elizabeth and Owen, Anton, Estelle and Emory, Ryan and Valerie, Daniel, Michael and Nicholas, Abigail, Sophia and Owen, Hannah, Joseph and Claire, Taylor and Andrew, Teah, Anna, Malley and Emelia, Catherine, Nathan and Nolan; brother of Richard (Patty) Kotar and the late Delores Harrington and Douglas Kotar, and his wife Donna who survives; brother-in-law of the loving McGraw family. Mr. Kotar was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a retired machinist from U.S. Steel. Friends received Wednesday, 6-8 PM and Thursday, 2-4 and 6-8 PM, in the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, 8 AM, at St. Barbara Church, with the Rev. Dennis Yurochko, as celebrant (EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Interment with full military honors to follow at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Twp. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
