Phillips Rupert A., Jr. Age 82, of Upper St. Clair, on June 30, 2011. Mr. Phillips was a graduate U.N.C., Chapel Hill and a veteran of the Korean War, serving as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. Beloved husband of Ida M. Phillips, loving father of Lynn Phillips and Andy Phillips, grandfather of J.C. Rucker, IV and brother of Ella Moore Mills.
