Palmer Cheryl Marie (Minella) Age 59, of Bridgeville, on August 24, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Charles F. Palmer, loving mother of Chuckie Palmer, daughter of Anita and the late Rudolph Minella, sister of Rudy (Ellen) Minella, David (Susan) Minella and the late Fred (Maryann) Minella, also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
