Obituary of Patricia A. Franz

Patricia Aline Fulton Franz, age 83, passed peacefully at home with family, including her dog, Chi at her bedside. She was born June 13, 1935. Her parents, the late William H. Fulton and Aline Apel Fulton raisedher in Baldwin, PA. She graduated from Allegheny College in Meadville in 1957, where she was a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority, and taught elementary school in Oil City, Titusville and Baldwin, PA. She married the late Vincent Stevenson Franz, Jr. in 1957. For many years, during the 1970s,she bred and groomed dogs, particularly West Highland White Terriers, with her Westie Kennel, "McAdams." She took pride in sculpuring fine porcelain Westies. After retirement in 1997, she enjoyed golf and social life at Naples Heritage Golf Community in Naples, Florida until her husband's death in 2015. She is survived by her daughter, Krista Aline (Franz) Adzima and her husband, Kevin Adzima; her son, Dr. Vincent Steven Franz; and grandchildren, Vincent Steven Franz, Jr. and his wife, Martine Saul, James Bruce Franz, and Kara Adzima. Family and friends received on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412.221.3333). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:30 AM at St. Louise De Marrilac Church, EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.
