Obituary of Mary Ellen Godfrey

Godfrey Mary Ellen (Barbish) Age 78, of Collier Twp., surrounded by her loving family on April 23, 2018. Beloved wife for 57 years of William S. Godfrey, loving mother of Mark, William, David (Gina) and the late Michael Godfrey, sister of William (Evelyn) Barbish and the late Michael (Nancy) Barbish and Barbara Barbish. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A retired R.N., who worked at several area hospitals and a member and Past Matron of the O.E.S., #439 Sewickley. Mary loved to play Bingo and enjoyed baking. Family and friends received Wednesday, 2-4 and 6-8 PM, in the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333), where a service will be held Thursday at 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Rennerdale U.P. Church Enhancement Fund.
