Nancy L. Hart, 83, of Nevillewood, PA, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2026 surrounded by family and loved ones.

Nancy was born on April 26, 1943, in Pittsburgh, PA, to Edgar and Magdalan Myers. She graduated from South Hills High School and began her career at Columbia Gas as the company’s first computer key punch operator. She later obtained her Real Estate License, Mellon Bank and went on to serve as Office Manager at the Diocesan Purchasing Commission, where she greatly enjoyed working with the priests and her fellow employees.  She retired from Air Equipment Corporation.

Nancy enjoyed traveling and attending church. She will be remembered for her kindness, humor, generosity, faith, and unwavering dedication to her family.

Nancy is survived by her beloved husband of 63 years, John T. Hart, 84; her children, John Brian Hart (Jennifer) and Joanne Geary (Eric); her cherished grandchildren, John Wyatt Geary, Colby Hart Geary, Sydney Marie Geary, and Victoria Rose Hart; and her loving sister, Joan Tomer (Richard).

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Marion Ellrod, Lois Kilkeary, and Susan Myers.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.

The family would also like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Bridget Akyea for her comfort, companionship, and compassionate care over the past seven years. Special thanks are also extended to the caring staff at Providence Point Healthcare and Home Sweet Home for their kindness, support, and dedicated care.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 AM at St. Barbara Church of Corpus Christi Parish.  Everyone please meet at church.  Interment private.  Arrangements entrusted to the Warchol Funeral Home Inc., Bridgeville (412.221.3333).
