MARTHA M. (MACUS)

Age 87, of South Fayette, formerly of West Mifflin, died on April 4, 2026.  Born in McKeesport on October 3, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Andy and Anna (Baran) Macus.  She is survived by son Thomas (Holly) Burns of Aiken, SC, daughter Laura (the late Stewart) Cartledge, of Evans, GA, daughter Sandra (Kaz) McCoy of South Fayette, 6 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.   She is also survived by brother Robert (the late Stephanie) Macus of Chambersburg, PA and sisters Carol (Russell) Strange of Woodstock, GA and Patricia Fox of Bethel Park, and many nieces and nephews.  She retired as a department secretary from UPMC McKeesport.  She lived her motto, “Keep it simple”, and so too her obituary.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 10 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church, Cecil, PA of Corpus Christi Parish.  If desired, memorial donations may be made to Corpus Christi Parish, Bridgeville, PA or to a charity of your choice.
