Age 68, of Scott Township, passed away peacefully on January 22, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones.  Beloved wife of Leonard Kubiak for 48 years; loving mother of Cara (Dave) Gerster, Dana Kubiak, and Staci (John) Foran; daughter of the late Edward and Marilyn (Williams) Frasinelli; loving sister of Randy, Diane, and Ronny; cherished Nana of Kate, Ken, Alyssa, Aaron, Luke, and Scarlett; sister-in-law of Joe (Toni), Albert, and the late Julie; also survived by loving cousins, nieces and nephews.  Denise enjoyed the company of her book club family and especially loved being a Nana. 

Arrangements entrusted to the Warchol Funeral Home Inc., Bridgeville (412.221.3333).   A celebration of life will be held at a later date, details to be announced.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Give Kids the World Village, or to your local animal shelter.
