Age 91, of Canonsburg, passed away peacefully with family by her side, January 1, 2026, at Friendship Village, Upper St. Clair.

She was born on September 15, 1934, in Canonsburg, a daughter of the late Stanley and Mary Mulik Dobrowski. On October 11, 1959, she married Nick S. Mahramus, who died on February 13, 1993.  Lorraine was a longtime and VERY active member of All Saints Greek Orthodox Church and a staple in the Canonsburg community.

She loved to cook and bake for her family and friends. She worked for several years at Hahn’s Greenhouse in McMurray, owned and operated with her husband, L & N Restaurant in Houston, Butcher shop in Washington and enjoyed traveling the world with her family.

Surviving is a brother, Raymond Verosko, several nieces and nephews, Shawn (Dana) McFarland, Deneen (Danny) Mahoney, Lisa Miller, Lance (Dawn) Dobrowski, Eric (Bridget) Dobrowski, Andrea (Rob) Dorsey and Richard Verosko and several great nephews, Joshua, Shawn, Riley and Chase, and several great nieces, Jordan, Isabella, Erin and Ireland, as well as sister in law, Dorothy Dobrowski and many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her deceased parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Dobrowski, and a sister, Karen McFarland both of whom she loved and adored.

Family and friends received on Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 4-6 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412.221.3333), with a Trisagion Service performed by Father Dimitri of All Saints Greek Orthodox Church at 5 PM.

A celebration of Lorraine's life will be published at a later date.
