Age 80, of South Fayette, on December 26, 2025.  Beloved husband of Karen Hancock for 57 years; loving father of James (Jen) Hancock and Jack (Tara Dremsek) Hancock; cherished grandfather of the late Bailey, Riley, Ireland, Cody, James, and Beatrice; brother of Robert (Nancy) Hancock, and the late Richard, the late David, the late Joseph, the late Jean, and the late Catherine; son of the late David and Anna Hancock; also survived by many nieces and nephews.  John was an avid outdoorsman and animal lover.  Family and friends received on Tuesday from 1-5 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home Inc., where a Blessing Service will be held immediately following at 5 PM.  Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
