Age 80, of Collier Township, on November 19, 2025.  Beloved wife of David Sweda and the late Robert Maroski; loving mother of Christine (Christopher) McKinsey and David (Colbey) Maroski; cherished grandmother of Cage McKinsey, Caliope McKinsey, Mason Maroski, Clio McKinsey, and Remi Maroski; sister of Dewayne “Bob” (Christine) Warman and the late Vernon Warman and sister-in-law of Philip Sweda.  Wava was a lifetime member of SNPJ #106, Imperial.  She worked in the cafeteria for South Fayette School District and was a member of the South Fayette Senior Citizens.  Wava was an avid card player and loved her polkas.  She enjoyed traveling to polka festivals and made 2 trips to Slovenia.  Family and friends received on Friday, November 21, 2025 from 1-7 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412.221.3333).  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 10 AM at St. Barbara Church of Corpus Christi Parish.  Memorials may be made to your local Salvation Army.
