Clara (DiBattista)

Age 90, of South Fayette Twp., passed away on September 1, 2025. She was born on January 11, 1935, in Muse, PA. A daughter of the late Antonio and Faustina DiBattista. On May 12, 1956, she married Ted “Tibby” Korintus, who died on December 6, 2013. Clara was a 1952 graduate of Cecil High School. She was a longtime member of Holy Child Church, where she was a member of the Christian Mothers. She enjoyed cooking and baking for her family and was an avid fan of all sports. Surviving are two sons, Keith (Patti) Korintus and Dan (Rana) Korintus, three grandchildren, Nick (Tara) Korintus, Katy (Brian) Merlo and Alex (Abby) Korintus, three great-grandchildren, Theo Korintus, Emilia Merlo, and Hazel Korintus. Deceased are six siblings, Minnie Tredinnick, Patsy DiBattista, Mary Selva, Charlie DiBattista, Rose Johnson and Ann Pozonsky. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Friends received Friday, September 5, from 3-7 pm, at the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, September 6, at 10 am, at Holy Child Church of Corpus Christi Parish.
