Age 100, of N. Strabane, on August 8, 2025. Beloved husband of the late Florence Drugmand for 73 years; loving father of Patricia (the late John) Kriceri, Renee (Tom) Lingle, Lori (Roy) Kern, Terri Drugmand and the late Robert Drugmand; cherished grandfather of Britt (Ryan), Rod (Anna), Dr. Darby (Dave), David (Kim), Kim (Anthony) and Jeni (Brent) and great grandfather of Callie, Gabby, Ryan, Catherine, Cecelia, Maverick, and Alfred “Freddy” Roland. He is preceded in death by his parents Marius Henry and Clara Mae Drugmand and his brothers William Eugene, William Richard, Marius Henry, Jr. “Toots”, and Raymond Eugene. Roland served proudly during WWII as a Navy Corpsman, Pharmacist Mate First Class. He attended the University of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO, which is now Logan Chiropractic. He also attended the University of Chicago and Waynesburg University. He became the 300th Chiropractor in the state of Pennsylvania, and practiced for 40 years at 713 Washington Avenue in Bridgeville. Roland was a member of Bethany Presbyterian Church for over 60 years; he was a member of Masonic Lodge 544, Carnegie and a Shriner. Roland was an avid golfer and had a hole-in-one, he collected many golf hats over the years. He had a love of music, especially country music and Johnny Cash, and played the guitar, accordion and harmonica. He was a family man that loved to spend time with his grandchildren, he enjoyed family trips to Myrtle Beach every year. He also looked forward to his Wednesday lunches with his girls. Roland liked to try out all the new gadgets and changed out his Cadillac every year. He loved animals, especially his dogs and his horses. Services are private.
