Age 86, of Burgettstown, on July 28, 2025. Beloved wife of Ronald Windsheimer for 53 years; loving mother of Joseph (Christine) Windsheimer, Victoria (Glenn) Radzanowski, and Dave (Shelly) Windsheimer; cherished grandmother of Justin, Anthony, Tyler, Jake, Josh, and Jayden, and great grandmother of CJ, Jax, Ember, Addy, Layla, Liam, and Jade; sister of Sylvia and sister-in-law of Peggy, Linda, Arthur (Darlene), Jeanie and Judy; preceded in death by her parents Michael and Mary (Matazinski) LaRocka, her daughter Roxanne, and seven siblings; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Joanne worked as an aide at Woodville and Mayview State Hospitals, and as a recess and school bus aide for Chartiers Valley School District. She enjoyed playing bingo and she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
