Obituary of Kenneth J. Ferris

Ferris Kenneth J. Age 91, of Bridgeville, passed away on February 23, 2025. Beloved son of the late Joseph and Anne (Abraham) Ferris, loving brother of Richard (Marianne) Ferris, uncle of Leigh Ann Ferris, Joseph (Cheryl) Ferris and Christopher (Jennifer) Ferris, great-uncle of Richard and Tucker Ferris. A veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Army. Ken also played football for the Army as an offensive lineman. He worked as a local travel agent and was an avid sports enthusiast, especially his beloved Pittsburgh teams. Friends received Thursday, February 27, from 10 – 11 am, at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, Bridgeville, where a Funeral Liturgy will be held at 11 am. Interment with Military Honors will take place on Monday, March 3, at 1 pm, at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
