Age 61, of Scott Twp, on December 1, 2023. Preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Margaret Swaney; survived by his loving partner of 24 years Kathy Lankes, and her sister Penny (Neil) Roemer; his uncle David (Carol) Wright; cousins Joy Vandervort, Sandy (Brad) Grimm, and Susan (Brian) Wagner; also his beloved dogs Bode, Piper, and Remmy. Michael was a graduate of Chartiers Valley High School and PIA. He was employed at American Airlines as an Aviation Maintenance Technician. He enjoyed spending time at his cabin in Kennerdell, PA and was an avid motorcyclist. Family and friends received on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 12-4 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412.221.3333).
