Domenica "Dee" Petrillo Chaussard, 98, of Winter Garden, Florida, peacefully passed away Sunday, August 20, 2023, with family by her side.

Dee was born on March 29, 1925, in Van Voorhis, Pennsylvania, and relocated to South Fayette Twp., where she lived until relocating to Winter Garden, Florida, in 1992.

Dee was preceded in death by her husband Eugene "Gene the Barber” Chaussard, her son Gene Allen Chaussard, her parents Gaetano “Guy” and Ann Petrillo, sister Rebecca "Becky" Heflin, and brother Frank Petrillo. She is survived by her children, Ronald (Sandy) of Napa, California, Michelle (Mike) Kelly of Winter Garden, FL, Rick (Sara) of South Fayette Twp, PA, and David (Denise) of Charlotte, NC, along with 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren—one brother, Domenic (Babe) Petrillo of South Fayette Twp., and many nieces and nephews.

Before her career as a Mom, Dee worked for General Electric Company and Patty Petite Cookies later in life. She enjoyed card games, word searches, and crocheting. Dee donated many crochet blankets to the NICU of Winnie Palmer Hospital, Orlando, FL. She loved her family, friends, and caregivers.

Burial is private. A memorial service in her honor will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Warchol Funeral Home, 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA

In lieu of Flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
