September 12, 2018, William David Schulte, 67, went to be with the Lord. After a lengthy illness, Bill died peacefully, surrounded by his family. Born April 9, 1951, Bill is preceded in death by his father, William Schulte, mother, Rose Wrought (Schulte) Drummond, sister Christine Schulte and brother-in-law, Jerry Kalp. Bill graduated from Chartiers Valley High School and went on to graduate from Slippery Rock University. He worked for Mayview State Hospital for years. Before his illness, he was employed at Cygnus Manufacturing Co. Bill loved to hunt and fish, along with spending time with family and friends. He belonged to volleyball, bowling and softball leagues and was a great musician. Bill will be sadly missed by his son, Justin Schulte, sister Marlene Kalp, Brother Philip (Linda) Schulte, sister Kathleen (thomas) Swart and many loving nieces and nephews. Family and friends received on Sunday, September 16th from 5-8 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412.221.3333), where a Blessing Service will be held on Monday at 10 AM.
