Celebrating the life of Ronald R. Ellis
Thank you for signing Ronald R. Ellis 's Guestbook

Mr. Ellis always had the patience of a Saint, so we know where he is now! Scott Pool and CV will never be the same, and his legacy will shine bright for years to come. What a wonderful thought to know how many he mentored and touched throughout his life. My thoughts are with you and your family at this sad time.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Ellis. I have such fond memories of him throughout my childhood... Nixon school, Scott pool and summer recreation. He was genuinely a kind man. May he rest in peace. Deepest sympathies to the family.

I'm deeply saddened to hear of Mr. Ellis' passing. I've known him since he was my phys ed teacher at Nixon Elementary School in 1969. I then reconnected with him when I was a lifeguard/swimming instructor during summer in high school and college. He was a wonderful man. My deepest sympathy to his family.

Mr. Ellis was associated with Shadyside Boys Club when I was growing up in Garfield, I remember he always had the time to teach. I saw him years later when my daughter attended CV...

I have so many wonderful memories of Mr. Ellis. He was such an amazing man and truly loved by all. Even though I have not seen Mr. Ellis since graduation which was many years ago I still think about him. He was a blessing.

When I think about my formidable years, every summer was spent with Mr. Ellis. From being a camper at Scott Rec, to being a rec counselor for many years, to going to his office for bandaids at the pool, helping make sno-cones, adult swim. He was truly a man devoted to us, keeping us safe and made sure we were having fun. We are so lucky to have shared that with each other and the Ellis family. God bless.

My heart goes out to his family for their loss. He was such an important part of my childhood and school years. He had the soul of a Saint to deal with all of us “kids”. He taught me softball, swimming and basketball❤️
You will always leave a mark!!!
