Celebrating the life of William "Bill" Shaffer
Thank you for signing William "Bill" Shaffer's Guestbook
We are very sad to hear the news of Bill Shaffer's passing. My husband and I always looked forward to getting Bill Shaffer's hand drawn Christmas Greetings and have saved many of them over the years. I know Bill loved cartoons and drawing and was a wonderful artist. We send our deepest condolences to Aunt Peggy and family. Rest in Peace Bill!
